USDOT, FHWA, Urban America cuts down on driving, USA, Aug 07 and 08

The poly shapefile shows comparison of millions of vehicle miles traveled (VMT) on urban roads/arterials in August of 2007 and 2008. It also shows annual percent change

for these two months. All the states show decline in VMT except Wash D.C.
